How Eligibility Works
Many hotel programs treat eligible rates at participating properties differently from opaque, wholesale, tour-operator, package, group, or master-billed rates. A booking through an advisor, preferred supplier, or authorized travel agent channel may still be eligible when the rate and property qualify.
